Roast Pumpkin

If cut into the same size pieces, pumpkin takes about the same amount of time to roast as kumara.
Method
Cut pumpkin into large pieces. Then scoop out seeds and cut off skin.
Cut large pieces into serving sized portions.
Follow steps 3-6 for roast potatoes.
