Garlicky green beans

Makes: 6 portions
Ingredients
Salt
500 g fresh green beans
30 g butter, softened
1 clove crushed garlic
Method
Wash, top and tail beans, remove side strings if needed.
Leave long or cut into pieces.
Add to boiling salted water.
Simmer for 3-5 minutes until softened but still firm to the bite.
Drain.
Mix with butter and garlic.
Turn into hot serving dish.
