Leftover turkey cottage pie

Ingredients
Leftover turkey, chopped
Leftover gravy
Leftover vegetables e.g roast potato, kumara, pumpkin, beans
Method
Mix the turkey with the gravy to make a "sloppy" mixture. If more liquid is needed, use some readymade chicken stock or left over turkey stock.
Put the mixture into the base of an ovenproof dish.
Use a blender to make a vegetable mash with leftovers. If needed bulk the mixture out with some mashed potato.
Using a fork, spread the vegetable mixture over the turkey mixture.
Bake at 180°C for 30-40 minutes until piping hot.
