Christmassy Turkey Wraps

Ingredients
Flat "wrap" bread
Dijon or wholegrain mustard
Red capsicum, in thin strips
Leftover turkey in strips
Crisp green lettuce, shredded
Tomato, thinly sliced
Telegraph cucumber in strips
Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
Method
Layout the wraps and spread with a smear of mustard.
Arrange the ingredients in rows, contrasting red, white and green ingredients.
Drizzle with some mayonnaise.
Season then roll up firmly.
To serve cut in half on the diagonal to reveal the colourful filling.
