Ingredients

• Crusty bread, large slices

• Cream cheese

• Leftover roast turkey

• Leftover roast kumara (optional)

• Cranberry relish

• Salt and pepper

Method

1. Spread bread slices with cream cheese.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and close the sandwich.
